The Chamber presents its compliments , this is to inform you that we received a letter by the Council of Saudi Chambers (ش.غ /3321) date (23/9/1434) referred to the letter of the Ministry of Commerce and the industry number (8593/1/9/267/ع) and dated(11/9/1434), containing the preparations for the pilgrimage season this year (1434), it was decided to start accepting applications for those wishing to obtain permits for fixed-capacity refrigerators space(40) and roaming cars loaded with food and water, juices and soft drinks to provide catering services at the Holy Cross through Trade and industry website online from Wednesday (9/9/1434) (217/7/2013), and for those who are wishing to participate in the pilgrimage season this year (1434)from institutions , companies and factories to read the conditions and requirements that must be met by participants to provide catering services beside to update their data for participation, registration will be accepting requests till the end of the day on Thursday (20/1/1434) (26/9/2013).
